We believe that children are capable, competent and active learners and important contributors in their community.
We acknowledge and respect each individual child, family and staff member in regard to culture, gender and lifestyle.
We believe that positive outcomes for children can be best achieved in environments and communities that are free from discrimination, where children can feel they belong and can be safe and where their rights and views are respected.

Families are encouraged to share their culture, language and home experiences with the centre and are also encouraged to participate in the centre and share in the decision making.
